I was raised in Southern California and graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a BS in Communications. I started my career with State Farm as an auto adjuster in 1994, working in various offices throughout Southern California. In 2000, I transferred to the claims office in Visalia. While that particular claims office is now closed, it was during that time my husband Patrick began his State Farm agency here. After a few years as a stay-at-home mom when our youngest daughter was born, I resumed my State Farm career as a team member in Patrick’s Visalia office in 2013 and have been here since. My goal as an auto adjuster was always to help people understand that even as part of the largest insurance company, my role was personal – I was the one working directly with them to resolve their claim and help put their lives back together. As a team member in Visalia, my work remains very similar. I’m passionate about educating our customers about their insurance protection, from auto and home to life, while advocating for their greatest interests. It’s incredibly rewarding to build a trusting relationship and connection with our customers here in Visalia, and I believe this personal approach truly sets our office apart. I was raised in Orange Cove, CA, graduating from Orange Cove High School in 2013. My journey with State Farm began by volunteering for another agent from July 2017 until I was hired by Patrick’s office in January 2018, where I have served the Orange Cove community since. I'm passionate about ensuring our customers are properly insured and truly understand their coverage, from their auto policy to life insurance and everything in between. I also enjoy being readily available for them whenever they have a claim or any other questions. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and pets. I was raised in Selma, CA, graduating from Selma High in 2006. I joined Patrick’s State Farm office in Visalia in August of 2014. The more I learn about various insurance coverages, from home and auto to life, the more I realize how important it is to communicate that same knowledge clearly to our customers. My primary goal is to ensure our customers truly understand what we are insuring and why it matters for their protection here in Selma. When I am not in the office, I love to bake anything from cookies to elaborate cakes.
